The minimum accepted deposit is €10.
Shine Interactive Ltd. has entered into an agreement with a number of payment service providers and financial institutions (as per the below table) so that the latter are able to receive deposits and process withdrawals on its behalf. Deposit timing and charges vary depending on the payment method opted for.

Players shall not treat as a financial institution, nor expect interest on their deposits.
Withdrawals will be processed only to open accounts. Furthermore, withdrawals will only be processed to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated. We will do our utmost to process any withdrawal requests within 3–5 working days from receipt of such request.

Withdrawals are allowed only in cases where the customer uses the same verified payment method that was previously used to make a deposit, with exceptions where this is specifically disallowed.
A customer can at any time withdraw money from their account using a bank transfer. It is the customer's responsibility to check the fee rate charged by their bank.
Withdrawals Are Processed Based on Amount
- Up to €499: within 2 business days
- €500 to €4,999: up to 5 business days
- €5,000 to €29,999: up to 14 business days
- €30,000 and above: up to 30 business days (all excluding weekends and holidays)
Identity verification is required upon cumulative deposits of €2,000 over a 180-day rolling period or at the operator’s discretion.
Maximum winning amount per ticket (including repetitive tickets): €25,000.
The maximum payout from free spins: €200.
The customer's maximum payout per day must not exceed €50,000.
For customers, the rollover requirement for each of their deposits is a minimum of one time (1x).
Multiple withdrawals performed within a 30-day time frame could be charged with a fee of a minimum of 3% of the withdrawal amount to cover administrative costs.
Shine Interactive Ltd. reserves the right to charge withdrawals with fees to cover administrative costs if the deposit amount is not rolled over at least 5 times (sports wagers on odds less than 1.5 or casino wagers with minimum/no risk will not count for the roll over). In that case, the following fees of up to 8% shall apply:
- Up to 3 times: up to 6% of the withdrawal amount
- Between 3 and 5 times: up to 3% of the withdrawal amount
Shine Interactive Ltd. is not responsible for any failures or delays that might be caused due to restrictions or problems faced by credit card companies. The licensee strongly recommends that customers choose among the e-wallets available on its website, as these methods generally allow faster and more secure transactions.
Required Documents for Credit Card Withdrawals
In order to process credit card withdrawal requests, we require the following ID documents:
- Copy of identity card
- Copy of front and back of the credit card (the 8 middle digits and CVV should be covered)
- Addressed bank account statement or utility bill
- Additional identity verification documents that we may specifically request
If the player’s chosen payment method is registered with personal details different from those of the Shine Interactive Ltd. account holder, we reserve the right to ask for additional documentation to verify the player’s identity and payment method details.
Review and Account Suspension
Shine Interactive Ltd. reserves the right to review transaction records and logs whenever deemed necessary. If, after such reviews, it becomes clear or suspected that the account is being:
- Used for non-recreational play, or
- Used for collusion or any form of gameplay manipulation, or
- Used in any way not compliant with these Terms and Conditions,
Shine Interactive Ltd. will cancel all withdrawals, and winnings will be revoked. However, the player will not lose the right to withdraw the amount originally deposited. In addition, the Company reserves the right to suspend such accounts or process withdrawals over multiple transactions or alternative payment methods as agreed with the user.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback on a card or deposit method used is requested by the payment provider, the Company may take the following steps:
- Block the user’s account
- Take any legal action permitted by law
- Issue and send a chargeback notice to the user using their registration details
- Use the same payment method used for deposit to issue the chargeback
- If we cannot confirm identity and payment method, two reminder emails will be sent, each subject to an administrative fee of €50 (or equivalent) deducted from unrelated account funds
The account balance may turn negative in cases of chargeback.
Users may log in at any time to view a statement showing all transactions (deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets made, pending bets, and withdrawals). If any mistake is found, users must notify Shine Interactive Ltd. within 90 days of its appearance so it can be corrected.
